Made to order: all VXRA items are produced after your order is placed.

Production time

• Most orders are produced within 3–7 working days before dispatch.
• During peak periods or higher-volume runs, production may take up to 7–15 working days.

Shipping method

We use Special Line shipping for all orders. Shipping time begins after production is complete. Typical delivery is 10–15 working days after dispatch (varies by destination).

Tracking

You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

Incorrect address / contact details

Please double‑check your shipping address and phone number at checkout. If details are incorrect, delivery may fail and reshipping costs may apply.

Returns & Refunds

Because VXRA items are made to order, we only accept returns or refunds where there is a confirmed issue with the product.

To request a return / refund

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Email info@vxra.co.uk with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
• Do not send items back without confirmation — unconfirmed returns may not be accepted.

Return conditions

• Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
• We do not accept items that are worn, stained, damaged, or altered.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is confirmed faulty.

Non‑returnable situations

• Change of mind / no longer wanted.
• Correctly produced items based on the customer’s selected size/colour and the provided design.
• Requests submitted more than 7 days after delivery.

Refunds

If approved, refunds are sent back to the original payment method in the original currency used at checkout.
